The "Biotherapy" team - Biotherapies by nucleic acid vectorization, is developing four main areas:

  • Implementation of innovative strategies for the administration of small interfering RNAs
  • Pharmacological evaluation of new therapeutic strategies, mainly in the field of inflammatory diseases, hepatic fibrosis or cancer,
  • Characterization of biomarkers for the monitoring of pathologies.
  • Development of tumor penetrating and interfering peptides (TP and IP), capable of specifically penetrating the tumor cell, without effect on healthy cells, and blocking the interaction between two proteins deregulated during tumor transformation.
